Some also feature the best top spa in goa. We would recommend that you book your preferred holiday stay well in advance so that you won’t have to face any inconveniences.

Tip: One tip would be to do it during the long weekends and before the peak season of December as the prices can get pretty expensive.

It always makes sense to pack wisely when you’re going on a vacation. It makes things easier and you can enjoy your trip better. The main thing you should start off with is sunscreen & mosquito repellents. Swimwear is a must! You definitely can’t miss that out. Try carrying linen garments especially during the warmer summer months as the fabric is very easy to breathe from the scorching sun out here. Along with it, also make sure you take your sunglasses and a hat to protect yourself from intense heat & sunburn. Last but not the least, don’t forget to include clothes that are respectable enough when you enter a religious place like a Temple or a Church.

Tip: A tip we could give you is to not to carry too much bling along with you.

By this we mean, try to rent a bike. As it is much more convenient and is a much better way to explore Goa. Plus, it’s very easy to find a bike on rent out here. The prices vary according to the tourist season. One thing you should always do before taking a bike is to take it for a test ride. Check if the brakes are working well and if the bike is in a good condition. You definitely don’t want your bike stopping in the middle of your journey.

Tip: Always carry your license and helmet with you as it is compulsory.

4) Be careful when you swim

We cannot stress this enough but always be careful when you decide to go for a swim in any of the beaches in Goa. Tides do get rough at times and they have been many cases where things have gone terribly wrong. So, always check the signboards and do listen to the lifeguard stationed on the beach.

Tip: Never swim on your own. Always swim with a person around you or have someone watching you so that they can see if you do get in to trouble and help you out.

5) Enjoy the goan cuisine and drinks
