The shipping process starts with the client disclosing details of his or her shipment to us. Once you have decided to go about with the shipment with us, we will start with the paperwork. The documentation includes entering into contracts with our clients. These contracts are related to the costs, insurance, duties, and taxes, collection points and delivery of products.

We then start the process of packaging. Most charges are based on size and weight, so we try and keep the packaging small yet secure. Once this is done you will need to discuss the insuring of your goods. Remember that the shipping process is a very lengthy one. The product goes through tremendous tasks all along. There is a possibility of damages occurring on the way hence it is best you get all your products insured for the transit.

We then come to the next step which is known as export haulage. This involves transmitting goods from our warehouses to the forwarder’s premises. The goods here will move on the road until they are delivered to the forwarder. Your goods will then be inspected and loaded into containers which will then be shipped.

If your shipment is to be delivered outside the country, you will need to get your customs documentation sorted. We will guide you with all the paperwork and tell you the exact required documents.

We then perform the ocean freight from origin to destination to make sure we choose the right line of delivery in order to see that your goods are delivered in the fastest possible time. The next process will be import customs clearance which is done when your goods arrive at the foreign country.

Goods are then stored in the warehouses in the country where delivery is to be done. The last leg of the shipping process is import-haulage whereby your goods are delivered to the address mentioned to us.
